When the message light is lit on your phone, it means you have a voicemail.
- Press the "Message" button on your phone to check your messages.
- If, when you press the "Message" button, it calls someone's extension, that person has requested a callback. When they pick up, it should clear that callback and your message light should turn off.
- If your message light is lit and you have no message or callback, the light is stuck on.
