Managing your mailbox is different when your extension is inside of a group. On your side button list you will see '=VOICEMAIL=' - If that button is lit up with a red LED, simply press it, and listen to your message.
If that button is not lit up, and you still need to access the mailbox for any reason (or to set up your new mailbox for the first time and record a greeting), the process is as follows:
- Find out your ICD group mailbox number for the 4th step of these instructions - Press PROG and then press the new '=Voicemail=' button to take note of it. Press EXIT when finished viewing.
- Dial 3090 (the voicemail system number)
- Immediately press # 6 (telling the voicemail system you want to go to a different mailbox)
- Press * and your 4-digit ICD group number (this is unique to each person, you found this in step 1)
- Enter in your PIN (the default is 1234 if you have never changed this)
From there, you can listen to stored messages, change your PIN, record a greeting, etc.
