Davis Dashboard / HR4 (Phone Extension Details)

If you have a Panasonic desk phone, you can see what your extension number is by pressing the button under the INFO label on the screen.

Once you know your extension number, please visit HR4 to update your own extension number so people can find it in the Who's Who.

1. Log into the Davis Dashboard (davisdashboard.ca).
2. Click your name in the top right corner of the page.
3. Select My Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and type in your Work Phone Extension.
5. Click Save.

Note: When you are assigned a phone extension, you have it for as long as you are employed by a location. If you move offices or positions, you can simply pull your extension to your new phone.
