Auto-responses are handy for when you go on vacation, or are going to be unavailable for a period of time.
- Login to your Webmail account at https://outlook.office.com/mail/
- Near the top-right, click the small Gear icon and select Automatic Replies
- Select Send automatic replies, choose a start/end time and compose your message
- Click OK
