1) Option 1: Change it yourself:

NOTE: The form asks for your "User Id". Your User Id is your email address.
NOTE #2: To use this option, you must have password recovery setup on your account.
2) Option 2: Don't have password recovery set up yet? Submit an IT Ticket:
- Visit https://www.davisit.ca
- Submit a request to change your password.
- We will communicate a new temporary password either through chat, phone call or we will email it to your manager.
- The next time you log into your email, you will be prompted to set up password recovery.
Periodically, you are required to change your email (Office365) password.
When visiting Office365, always ensure you are logging into the right website:

Please do not save your password in your browser; a saved password is a forgotten password.
When you change your password, you will have to update it everywhere you use it (Outlook, Cell Phone, etc.)
